I had a vision during a meditation of a beast bound in chains, in a place of flames and smoke. I can feel a terrible rage coming from the beast. This vision keeps repeating in my head, now I have a terrible headache that won't go away and I feel extremly weak and exhausted. It has a very distinct marking on it's forehead.
Given the fact that it makes your head hurt I would assume that it has a direct connection to you in some way. Perhaps something inside you that wants out. Do not assume that rage is always a bad thing. Do not attempt to release it unless you are shure. The reoccurence of the vision could mean that it is calling to you or urgeing you to action. If you are experienced in such things I would reccomend a cleansing or banishing ritual before you meditate. Mabey ward the area that you are in even if it is just a simple circle.
Have some Headache Pills and plenty of fluids, and my guess is the "Beast" is you and you are feeling repressed and in agony in your life due to something involving friends or family
I take doctor percribed headache pills daily and drink plenty of fluids everyday, I eat good. The thing is I've been to the doctor many times and had many test done but they can never find anything wrong, neither psychologically or medically that would cause it. The only other thing I can think of is spiritually.
There are many aspects of the self one needs to explore (not just our good sides) We all have inner demons that we need to face.
It suggests to me that you are suppressing that side of yourself.
Feeling exhausted and weak is because you have fought to suppress that side of yourself far too long.Explore that side of yourself and be aware of any feelings , emotions etc that go with it, don't dwell on them to long let them come acknowledge them and release them.
The thing is I let it out before when I was 16 or 17, It took control of me I tried to attack my big sister but my dad pulled me away then my body grabbed my dad into the air with one arm and threw him half way across the room, and back then my father was a big man and i was very weak. It scared me terribly and my voice wasn't my own, Laughter was coming out of my mouth while my body was doing it. Until I was able to take control and fell to my knees in tears. Ever since I've become afraid of the darker side of me. I'm ashamed to admit this stuff.
its true its one of the reasons my family is afraid of me, so I suppressed it and have worked on becoming a better person. It's all true only a few people know of this secret, and I'm tired of keeping the secret. I still feel terrible for letting whatever it was take over me. but believe what you wish young one. I cast away my darkness and embraced my light. believe and do as you wish that goes for all readers of my posts.

I suggest adding breathing exercises to ur meditations try and get to know this beast exert some energy by running and working out be concious of yourself and learn to control ur emotions then you can channel the energy in a positive way
It's got the upper body simular to a very muscular man, it's head was a little simular to a dragons head. it's wrist were bound in chains and the marking was on its forehead. The rest I couldn't make out because it was in a place full of flames and smoke were all over. It was like it was sealed away or something, thats's my guess.
