You can't physically change your body with spells

Making your eyes hypnotic doesn't have to change your physicaly body. It could just be a glamor spell that makes your eyes seem more interesting to others. Im sorry I dont know a spell for that but good luck.

Mystic, changing the eyes isn't changing yourself completely physically. It can be any simple glamour spell. If you would like to change your eye color, there are dozens of spells on this website to help you.

If you mean that you want your eyes to be something with allure to others, then you want a glamour.

These are done by "layering" your will and intent over the desired area. When starting out, this is easier done if you look in a mirror, and focus on the desired area. So, you layer your intent over eyes, and you will them to become more appealing, attractice, or captivating to others who see them.

Glamours will only last as long as you sustain them with energy. It is also important to remember this: Changing what other people perceive is easier than changing what actually is.
