need answers

I just recently did the 3 angel wish spell and I have had pretty good luck with that spell. Usually something happens within that week or the next well its been 2weeks and decided to look at the candles and one of the candles stopped burning in the middle. The other 2 burned completely and this last one didn’t burn all the way down. Did that mess up the spell? And 1 more thing if I would happen to do a wish on real-wishes do you think it would help the spell I recently did or no?
