I am new to both this site and to the casting of spells. Can anyone please help me I am at my whits end. My daughter has been suffering for years from depression, anxiety and panic attacks, she has absolutely no self esteem and for the last couple of years been diagnosed with epilepsy and pcos which has resulted in her being overweight. I intend to try and get us both to lose weight this year, she would love to lose enough to get into a beautiful dress for her cousins wedding in 2013 and I am sure that if she does it will help her but I dont know where to start and am pleading for any help that anyone can give me. she never leaves the house and has no life whatsoever and shes 26 please can you help.

It sounds like she needs some happiness in her life. Be a shining beacon for her, don't act sad, angry or just 'down'. Be uplifting, happy and joyful! A thing I always do when I'm feeling down is watch a funny video or listen to my favorite song. Find out what makes her laugh, it might be fail videos (I nearly die from laughing after a good fail video), 'silly' videos, stand up comedy, stupid stunts, stuff like that. If you guys want to get fit, find a gym nearby and get a membership there. If it has a pool, even better. Swimming is a great exercise because your joints don't tense up as much as they would when say running. You're body doesn't absorb any impact from swimming so you won't develop painful joints as you get older. It's a fun way to exercise and it gets your whole body active. Watch what you eat too, it makes a difference if you start eating healthier foods.

One last thing: Meditation. God, the benefits you reap from meditation is unbelievable. If you are stressed, proper meditation will get you out of it. If you're feeling down, meditate on happy and good thoughts, and you will feel great.

Good luck! Blessed Be!

To lose weight there is a simple spell. It's on this website. I'm not sure if you need a specific color candle, but you get a candle. you write the weight you are now at the top, and what you wish to be at the bottom. you burn the candle a little every day (im not sure if there is a specific amount of time per day or not) and once the candle is burned out, you should reach your desired weight.
There are other spells you could try as well. Just for the candle, try to not make the amount of weight loss too drastic. if its just a few pounds, then try a small candle I would think, and if its a large candle, then get a large candle. These spells wont work though if you dont make an effort as well. You and your daughter should try to exercise everyday or almost everyday and eat healthy as well to help the spell succeed.

But yes, always show your daughter that you are there for her. The weight shouldnt matter to her because skinny doesnt equal pretty, just like heavier doesnt equal ugly (though many females, including me, think that to be pretty, you need to be skinny).
Try to do things with her, try to help her have more self esteem.
There are also chants on this website that she could say every day that could help her believe in herself (self esteem). These chants often are that if you say it to yourself enough times, you will believe it, but it still works. I hope this helps. Good luck :)

This song was given to me a few months ago by one of the past priests on this site. It helps with stress, depression and grief. When your daughter is feeling down, have her listen to it with headphones on and meditate, or you can crank it up on the computer and listen/meditate together. Lavender incense is also good for emotional healing and stress relief. Being a teen, especially with any health issues is tough. You both can get through it. Love, light and blessings :)

I agree with BrimSnake.

A joyful area can help out anyone. Like a newly born plant. If you give it a certain amount of water and sunshine, even talk sweetly to the plant, telling it that it will grow into a beautiful flower soon, It will grow beautifully.
