well I have a few question such as can you summon greek gods?
can you offer something to the greek gods like fruit or something in return for something?
Can you have a connection with the gods, like through dreams?
are some greek gods bad? thank you.

I wouldn't call it summoning or evoking, but you call on them, pray to them or praise them, and honor them. There are some ancient songs and prayers that can be found at the bottom of various greek gods and goddesses at theoi.com

It is also possible to invoke a deity, but that should only be used for serious reasons.

Red wine, honey, "mead", apples, etc should be offered, depending on the particular deity and what they like. For instance, Dionysius would love mead!

To add on to what White said, cakes and breads can be offered as well. You should look into the deity you wish to make offerings to and learn about them. There's generally a few things associated with them that work very well.

As for your question on connecting via dreams? I've heard of fellow practiconers calling to and praying to deities while dreaming and being visited by them. Morpheus, for instance, is known for giving dreams.

Are some deities bad? There's not really a yes or no. They're individuals, with distinctive traits and personalities. They have the potential to be either or.
