I have a herbal sleep pillow, its stuffed with chamomile, lavender, jasmine and lemonbalm. It really helps me sleep, and this mix is commonly used in Asia.

Thank you, I had a little idea of herbal sleep remedies but this was interesting to read! I have a lavendar bag which sometimes works, maybe I should add something else to it. Also I am looking for a way to help my little girl sleep, so this was helpful!

Blessed Be xo
