CRV & operation stargate

I'm looking for anyone who has successfully applied the techniques listed in the CIA/DIA manual for CRV (controlled remote viewing) or used any info from operation stargate or it's sister project operation grill flame and achieved results. also if anyone has any info on the techniques used by the GRU(russian intelligence agency) on there original CRV sessions or in later sessions i would love to hear it even more so if it doesnt involve getting ahold of an EEG machine.

I'm looking for real info not speculations. I can tell if you read the manual since i have a copy of it and will be able to note info in it. so if you havent read it or have no idea what i am talking then please do not reply.

side note the manual was released in 1998 to the general public and is considered legal to view as well as practice.
