is there a sleeping potion milk that will put kids to sleep or adults too I need a potion I cant sleep at night. if you have a answer for my question can you send me a message in my mail plz help.

If you can't sleep, try drinking some tea or take something like melatonin or zquil to help you sleep.

warm milk is always a good choice. Try adding a bit of honey and cinnamon for the kids or even for yourself.

Good herbs for making sleep pillows to help you sleep include chamomile, lavender, and catnip. Make a small bag of them and put it into the pillowcases on your bed.

You may want to consult a doctor. There are many physical reasons for being unable to sleep so take a look at those and try to rule them out.
Meditation is good at the end of the day. Also establishing a routine allows your body to know when its time for what. So showering, meditating, brushing your teeth, then going to bed are all helpful triggers to clue your mind and body into the desired response. Triggers can be very useful this way. Even by creating a hand position or lighting a specific 'only for bed' incense every time you lay down your mind will begin to catch on to what you want it to. But it needs to be an everyday, every time thing. Routine is still the easiest I think to developing good sleeping habits.
