Astral Projection is not dangerous on its nature. It can be dangerous if you fet in trouble with "dangerous" entities...

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but from what I've seen the vast majority of people on these boards have frail defenses. Those with spirits on their side have the privilege of having pretty strong friends but besides that, a skilled and committed attacker could bring those down.

And for this reason, before laying your head down, or meditating, or using any spiritual contact, and before your feet hit the floor upon awakening, say a prayer of protection to protect your eyes,ears,body and spirit from the dark sides harm. then see yourself in a bubble of golden light.
