Before I joined this site, I thought that we Wiccans prayed to the God and Godess, or whichever God or Godesses we had been communicated by. But then I saw a lot of people saying that they pray to the "Lord and Lady" so now I'm kinda confused. Can anyone give me a little insight?

It's the same thing. Wiccans pray to the Horned God [which is called many names, Lord is the most common] and The Triple Goddess, who is also known by many names along with Lady.
Your Matron Goddess and Patron God are your personal deities you connect with the most, so that could be different for different people.
Also, some forms of Wicca focus on certain aspects or pantheons [say Dianic only focusing on the feminine or a Celtic Wiccan works with primarily Celtic deities] they too might have different names or deities outside of the Horned God and Triple Goddess, but 'Lord and Lady' is just another [respectful I guess] way of saying 'God and Goddess'.

Any person,or Being, having dominion over others (and that includes a God) could, and should, be addressed as "Lord" if Male, "Lady" if female. A King should be addressed as Liege Lord.
A Queen as Ma'am. (To rhyme with Jam)

Liege Lord is very old fashioned, and rarely used these days. On greeting both King or Queen, the address is "Your Majesty." After the greeting it is "Sir", or "Ma'am".
But a God or Goddess is always "My Lord" and "My Lady".
The main prayer of Christianity is "The Lord's Prayer".
They are all the same thing. Not all wiccan are the same although I believe a majority of us are duotheistic a wiccan can be polytheistic or even monotheistic (see the divine as a whole with the feminine and masculine of divinity as one whole define source)
