Widespread Strange Dreams

Hey guys! So i just moved to college, and a very small one at that. It is less than 1000 people. Since moving here I have been having very vivid dreams and nightmares every time I sleep, whether it is at night or during daytime naps. Many of the people I've met here have reported strange spikes in their number of vivid and strange dreams. Any idea why this is happening?

Do you you just moving to a new college, it could be a reaction to a new environment and surroundings, and a new "adventure". Truly, only you can know what your dreams mean and how to interpret them.

I agree with Theia. Moving to a new place is always a reason for change in dreams. Your habits, your new schedules, and a new place with new people; all great changes that can cause havoc. Pay it no mind, as it will become more normal as you settle in. Try a calming tea, like chamomile, before bed. And have a great time at college!

The problem is I've been here for months now and these dreams still persist.
