Any of those can be used as tea to calm sick stomach, to get rid of bloating from gas. Also, you can make an oil out of the dried mint by stuffing a small jar, then adding olive oil, then cover. Leave in warm dark place and turn the jar every couple days. Then strain the oil, and add to another jar with more leaves stuffed in. Keep doing this until the oil is infused with the mint. Then strain to clean jar, and add few drops of vitamin E oil (puncture a softgel and squeeze the oil out) to preserve it. Label the jar, including the date, and store in fridge or cool cabinet. Good for muscle aches as a rub.

Peppermint is something that has countless uses, peppermint oil can be used to releave headache's by massaging into the temples and the forehead as well as on your wrists. As a tea, it helps with the stomach as well as said to be detoxifying, stress-reliever, and sinus relief. Peppermint also has respiratory benefits, even for asthma, as it hasrosmarinic acid which helps to reduce inflammation-causing chemicals that are linked to respiratory issues. To aleviate stress, pour some drops of the essential oil into your bath or burn the oil in an oil burner. Hope this helped!
