Dream Experimenting

I found that at least for me placing a notebook, journal, or diary under my pillow at night helps me to recall dreams and remember what happened. I was wondering if anyone would like to help me to see if it helps other people to remember dreams too.

Before you do this, there is something you should know about what kind of notebook/journal/diary it is. It MUST have importance to you. If it doesn't mean anything to you, this probably won't work. This may not work for you, but you're not losing anything by doing this.

Not sure about the "placing the book under" would make a big changed, except for the fact, if you're really with that in mind, it will makes easy to remember something while dreaming.

It is usual to keep the journal aside the bed, so, when you wake up you place the memories on that. It is just to help brain to remember and recall details. Think you're about to do a hard exam in the next day, you'll probably remember that while dreaming, because its important, and its fresh in your head, so some techniques will be really efficient, others not.

About an interesting fact is, in some path (as I do too) we place sigils under our pillow, but it has a different purpose, does not help us to remember, but has influence in our dream, of course, I already learned that you can use sigils of specific entities to help with your dreams, to recall, to astral project, etc
