Sue Learning

Sad news today on the site. We have lost a beloved friend to so many. Sue has left us, but will never be forgotten. Linda posted this poem for her and I will share it for you all here. Please feel free to leave a remark to show just how loved she really is. Fly high sweet angel, we all love you!

Do not weep for me for I have not gone. I am the wind that shakes the mighty Oak. I am the gentle rain that falls upon your face. I am the spring flower that pushes through the dark earth. I am the chuckling laughter of the mountain stream.
Do not weep for me for I have not gone.
I am the memory that dwells in the heart of those that knew me.
I am the shadow that dances on the edge of your vision.
I am the wild goose that flies south at Autumns call and I shall return at Summer rising.
I am the stag on the wild hills way.
I am just around the corner.
Therefore, the wise weep not.
But rejoice at the transformation of my Being.

That is so beautiful, and thank you so much for posting Pix.

She touched the hearts of so many in this world, she was a heart in this online community.

I am certain that she will continue to do the same in the life beyond <3

Love you mummy Sue!

Sue was simply amazing. I could go on and on about how amazing she was but as William Shakespeare wrote "a rose by any other name is just as sweet" so sue, was sue.

She will never be forgotten and neither will our love for her.
Rest in peace!

Sue was like a mom to me. A dear and one of my first friends here. I will never forget the wonderful long conversations we have had. She always brought a smile to my face. I wish we had a chance to visit like planned but she will always be in my heart.

Sweet Sue you will be missed.

"But rejoice at the transformation of my Being"

I love this line. She has transformed, and starting a brand new life. Weep now, but never forget.

No poem I write will do justice, all I can say is I miss you. I was looking forward to talking to you later today. I regret I never got to know you better, to learn from all the things you knew. You where always nice to me in chat, and I always felt welcome when you spoke. You will be missed Sue.

Dearest , SOM's community and all friends known and unknown,
now that we have lost someone that always have shown us love, respect and support, perhaps it is our turn to show her the same by lighting candles in her memory and saying our prayers, chants and songs (according to what everyone feels comfortable with) in order to honor her.
Let us stay united in the face of the tragedy, and always remember to appreciate each other in life and in death.I am absolutely sure that she will continue looking after us even after her death, as every earth angel would.
Sue, you are always going to stay in our hearts, and we are always going to be grateful to you for all the maternal care you have blessed us with.

Everyone, who has been touched by her love and internal light please join us in our vigil, by remembering and honoring her in every possible way you feel like appropriate.Thank you!
