help-astral projection

hi, i've been told and found out for myself that I am pyshcic and I seem to have astral projection I do it every night for every morning I weak up as if i'm falling out of my bed and i'm not. I need help because I don't know how to remember it I don't know if im even doing it , but I was told that I have astral projection. So if you would help me I would appreciate it. if you want to exsplain it further message me

Everyone can access the astral with practice. I always remember my journeys and I haven't heard of any that don't recall it. It's possible your dreaming. The feeling of locking or unlocking back and forth into and out of your body is very distinctive, it's not the same as falling. You can try a dream journal, it can help.
