CastingWithoutIngridents?

How would I go about casting a spell without actually using any of the ingredients that maybe listed ? Would the spell still be effective?

just do everything but exclude the parts thats you dont use the stuff in. yes the spell would still be effective.

If the spell calls for specific ingredients then it will not be as effective if you omit those ingredients. However, you could simply craft your own spells that do not need ingredients or tools.
