No, I haven't tried that spell but judging from the title it's a spell for revenge. I wouldn't recommend spells like that to people who are just starting out because it could go terribly wrong. All in all, from my point of view you have to study the Basics for a while (which is usually a year and a day but that differs from person to person) and then you may cast spells if you wish, but not before that. I'm borrowing a very good correlation ,a friend of mine uses which is Maths. You can't solve advanced problems unless you have learnt the theory properly -and- solved easier problems or rather basic problems. If you don't know what you're doing, any spell can go wrong, so study ,study, study. Sadly there are good and bad books out there for that, which is why you need to ask around before actually purchasing any "good" books. Many books on magic mix fantasy with real magick making it harder for beginners to comprehend what magick is all about.
Now, about your "soul going to hell" thing. Now, that's a huuuge topic but I'll try to keep it short. That's a matter of belief. Like, totally it's a matter of belief. If you're Christian, and you believe that by doing so, your soul will go to Hell, I respect your beliefs and I cannot or do not want to do anything to change that because I respect it fully. There are people who believe in the Three-Fold-Law, which means that anything you send out , you get back times three. If it's good, you get good back, if it's bad you get it back also 3 times. Now as far as I am concerned, I do not believe in this law- and again this is a matter of belief ,also. Not all magick practitioners believe in the "hell" concept or the three fold Law. Karma is a matter of belief, too. Again, not all practitioners believe in Karma.
I don't know what your beliefs are but either way I respect everyone's beliefs totally so nothing wrong with that. If you believe by doing so, you're doing something bad then it's too simple- don't do it. If you think it's ok , then go ahead and do it. It's entirely up to you. I just looked up the spell you're referring to and the person who did it , claims that it worked very fast. You might want to read their post.
