Yes, you can download PDF from your computer onto your kindle. I'm not sure but I can do it on my Ipod.

Scott Cunningham is good.

Scott Cunningham is very good, especially for beginners.

I would avoid Silver Ravenwolf however, she is not highly regarded among most serious magick practioners.

I would also highly recommend any of Henry Cornelius Agrippa's work. Most can be found for free. I love The Philosophy of Natural Magic by him. It's excellent.

Aye, I love Henry Cornelius Agrippa. Especially his book "Three books of occult philosophy" which actually is very intelligible rather than those "dark" grimoires at the time. He talks about everything from alchemy to the different "special" substances and it's properties. Such as the lodestone which attracts. However, you might have trouble reading the book if you are not subject to the harsh and different english they speak, since we are not accustom to them; but if one likes to read such material as intelligible as said then by all means I encourage you to. Good luck and 93!

ravenwolf? please don't. [you're choice, but i'd recommend reading a few other people before looking at her stuff. though To Ride a Silver Broomstick, i've been told, is half what decent.] i don't have a kindle, but i've downloaded some books on my andriod phone, Buckland, Gardner, Cabot, Cunningham, a free sample of Conway and a free sample of Ravenwolf [cuz they were free] so i know you can download some books, which ones i'm not sure, and on kindle, again, not sure.

Read all that other stuff before you read Ravenwolf. Then read with a skeptical mind. I've read a couple rants about her, and a couple of her books when I first started studying. I have to say I wasn't really sure when I read her books and I had to talk to my cousin and her friends about lying to their parents. But I do agree with a couple of her points that not everyone else does. That's why I say read but be skeptical.
