angels/spirits?

Is it possible for spirits to appear as something other than a humans or orbs?

I have a friend who was very upset because she woke up up to what she said looked like angels above her bed, coming from a christian family it concerned her because she said not all of them had "white" wings. she said they where at ceiling level but seemed to be further away. They were right above her and she said it she felt like they were talking about her, although she couldn't be certain of it.

if any one has any ideas, that would be wonderful.
)o( blessed be.

Not all angels have white wings and some don't show wings at all. And spirits that are not angels have wings. It doesn't really decipher anything at all. In the astral anything is possible. I can create a thoughtform right now with wings and if I put enough effort into it, it can be seen by those who are open to seeing energy and spirits. That's why it's important to know the presence of such beings, higher beings have stronger presences.

I'd be a little concerned if spirits with wings were floating over my bed too! If she was frightened by this sight, she should go with her intuition and consider it an intrusion and protect herself. But I wouldn't assume they were angels.

Yes spirits can appear as a variety of things. Sometimes spirits will appear as things they think we will be more conformable with seeing. However, they could be angles themselves, for they do exist. I would tell your friend not to worry, and if she practices magick then you can have her shield if she feels uncomfortable. Otherwise you can ask her if she would like you to shield her. The spirits could very well have good intentions however, or no intentions at all and it was just a coincidence.
