Meditation Crying?

I was meditating one night and I started to feel really dizzy, it didn't matter if i opened my eyes or kept them closed, the dizziness wouldn't subside. Shortly after that I started crying, I didn't feel sad and it felt that someone else was making me cry. I'm not really spooked, just curious. If anyone could tell me any theories about this it would be greatly appreciated.

You're opening up your heart, perhaps. You may be experiencing an overwhelming power, the power of the cosmos. I guess when one meditates he or she taps into that universal consciousness. I think it is very common for people to cry when they experience something for the first time. I've seen people cry in ritual. It can be something that is just spiritually overwhelming but good. IDK. I guess it is what personally speaks to you and what you feel. Searching for answers and things in general, I try to listen to my heart and when I do, I find the clearest and what seems to be a suitable answer. Sounds like the Akasha is with you, strongly. :)
