Depends on what you think about it. I say yes. It depends on whether you believe that witchcraft is a sin or not.

I was raised as a Roman Catholic, went to a Catholic school till the 10 grade did it all and although im not a wiccan i believe yes you can, but like was said it all depends on you and what your beliefs are. I know i am have a lot of family members who think i am wrong and going to hell for what i believe and for what and how i live but its not up to anyone but you what your beliefs are so if you feel at peace and feel it is right then yes you can..

I have a good friend at school who's a Roman-Catholic Wiccan. I don' think its anything different from my Christian Wiccan way. As long as you believe God doesn't mind magick, you can do magick.

I think the key to answering your question is "allowed". As far as whether or not you CAN, of course you can do things however you want.

Often it's easier to get forgiveness (if it's needed) than to get permission.

In my opinion you cannot be both Wiccan and Catholic as the belief systems are very, very different. A Catholic is supposed to believe that Jesus is the Son of God and that you must believe in him in order to be saved. Wiccans don't necessarily believe Jesus was Divine or even that he existed at all. Nor do we believe that we have to be "saved" since we don't believe in the notion of Original Sin.
