Sleep spells?
By:
I am restless, it is very hard for me to fall asleep. It is likely for me to lay in bed for at least an hour and not be able to fall asleep. However, I am not looking for a complicated spells with lots of ingredients. A spell that is just a simple chant or such. Thanks for any help :)
If one person says "Oh, there's not really a spell for that" then I know by the first time you say it, I don't need to hear it mulitple times, unless you are adding something onto it.

Perhaps your Mind is too active when trying to sleep. Meditation can help, as can "natural" things like a hot chocolate drink. And of course, many people manage on very little sleep. For some ten hours is not enough; for others four is plenty.

I understand. I just got 5 hours of sleep and strangely I am okay. But I want a good amount of sleep, like at least 8 hours. Thanks!

I agree with Brysing. Also, try some valerian tea, which is good for calming. But, since it's a herb, be sure that you are not allergic to it first.

Also, try turning your computer, TV, or radio off about an hour before you plan on going to bed. Sometimes what is on these things can be stimulating to your mind, causing you to not fall asleep.

If you don't want a spell with lots of ingredients try listening to theta binaural beats on youtube. theta binaural beats affect and slow the brain waves, naturally calming the mind and leading the body into a transe-like and sleepy state. I Just listen for 10 or so minutes and I'm out like a light!

I have a similar problem and what do is turn on some kind of calming or sleep-inducing music. I won't make suggestions because you really should discover music that you like that also puts you to sleep. I hope this helps! :)
