what can we learn from your profile magicdolphin? Your bio is blank. I do see from your profile that you are in a coven. As I have said before in these forums, the best place to find beginner assistance,mentors, etc. for those members who have joined a coven is to inquire with your priest/priestess and council members. Having said that, a good first spell for beginners is a basic candle wish spell, or a simple protection spell. There are many of both types in this websites spellbook.
