sad to say but practice makes perfect with singing

DLight is right get your self a expert and practise ok not every one can sing even when he/she has the best to teach him but thry that one first and ask maybe some people do you sing good if it is about you here xD

An excellent voice teacher/coach can instruct you on how to maximize your vocal range, the proper way to project, and how to achieve the right pitch. Another thing you need to do to help your "pipes" is to take care of your throat. Avoid dairy products, for they cause flem to build up and drink plenty of tea with honey to sooth your throat.

There is no spell for that BUT you can meditate and improve you throat chakra.Read about it find it on google it will improve your voice and hopefully you will be able to sing better.
