Hello I'm new here

I have a question. Has anyone heard of a cleansing of home causing one you to be drained and also cause insomnia at the same time? Why did this happen and how do I fix this? Thank you

I think it could happen. It's kind of like when people tidy up your spaces because they think they're helping, but now you don't know where anything is anymore. What looked like a mess to them was orderly to you because it was effective to know where everything was.

I suppose you could either try to get used to it, or try to change it some more until you find what suits you better. Hematite crystal grid?

I suspect that this was a case of not grounding properly before and after the working and thus expending too much of their personal energy.
