Hi! I am pretty sensitive when it comes to ghosts and other phenomenon. Things have been getting weird though. When I was with a friend of mine, another sensitive, she noticed that I had several men following me around. This news didn't come as a shock to me because I have felt their presence. I have an idea of who they might be due to a strong connection I have, but I'm not sure. Lately things have been getting, not worse but more active. Every where I look I can see mists, flashes and shadows. I suspect it's the men. I don't feel threatened just a little uncomfortable. I have another friend who is sensitive coming over tomorrow and I was just wondering for some safe ways to be able to communicate and get some answers with these men. I know it's not completely safe, and I am not completely inexperienced. If anyone could help I would deeply appreciate it. Thank you, blessed be.
The best advice I have is ask. Use a preferred spell or ritual to help communicate more clearly, or just use a voice recorder and a camera and ask questions. Since you are more sensitive, the spells should work just fine because they will simply give you a more clear and crystaline connection than you already have.
if something unexpected is happening then you should contact any experts, because if you have no idea with what you are dealing with then it could get out of hands before we realized what we should do. And always be prepared for everything, use a protection spell for you and surrounding. get help...
Oh give me a brake you first too, there are entities everywher, dealing with them is realy nothing dangerous or special, just ask them, or if you cant here them and are not that advanced yet you can always jus use a pendulum to ask them stuff but that works best for yes no questions, if a entitie is trying to show itself to you it has to have a reason, and considering that your not freaking aboat them than they most likely are not evil, but want to communicate with you
p.s. And how mutch would a spell do if they already are following the person and trying to show themselves, in my experience spells just bring the spirits there and they decide rather to communicate or not, trust me im like an expert at entities
