reading suggestions?

I know I'm not going to get it down overnight but I have to tackle my studies. I want to make certain I don't end up reading the fake fluff stuff somebody made up to make a quick buck. Please if provide a list of books for a beginner for the study of: lucid dreaming Dream walking Vision quests mental realm Mental projection symbolism linguistics

Here is a list of books that helped me out. Our Ultimate Reality, Life, the Universe and Destiny of Mankind By Adrian P. Cooper is a good one for Mental Projection. For Vision Quest i recommend Book Of Vision Quest by Steven Foster, George Foster, Meredith Little. For Lucid Dreaming i recommend Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge and Howard Rheingold. For Dream Walking i recommend Psychic Dream Walking by Michelle Belanger.
