There is nothing as far as spells go that could help you sleep, however there are herbal remedies that you can try. Chamomile is a popular one and also a personal favorite of mine is Valerian Root (made like a tea).
There is also other natural things that you can try such as warm milk and lavender. You could as well make some life style changes, such as turning off the television and other electronics.
Best remedy to help fall asleep is by listening to delta waves or binaural beats.
The main thing you need to do is identify what you are doing 2 hours before you go to bed and remove those activities... example: remove caffine or soda drinks and focus more on calming teas or water, also it could be caused by stress from watching tv and you may need to try meditating to help calm the mind.
Perhap try Crystal magick. I use lavendar tea and Amethyst crystals to put myself to sleep. Grounding works well as well as a chant that focuses on grounding.
It helps me to mediate while lying in bed or in the shower before bed. It helps you get in a calm and relaxed state of mind, great for sleep. Tea also does help great.
Make a sachet with lavender and lavender oil drops (no oil for children) and put it under your pillow. I saw someone else post this several months ago.
The Svefnthorn runic sigils are said to aid in sleep. I'm sure a quick google search will bring it up for you. I have never tried them before. I would suggest lavender or peppermint aromatherapy as well. When my daughter is having trouble falling asleep, I always search "sleep music" in youtube. Those things are hypnotic and she's out in 20min.
Although I have used magick for helping others sleep, I do it for others, not for myself, and that really matters. For myself, if I can't sleep, I just don't. I practice meditation and trancework and it gives me at least a certain amount of "restfulness", then I drink a cup of coffee. XD
I haven't had a full night's sleep in over 6 months. My son may be the sweetest baby, but he thinks teething is the end of the world. So get 8 hours for me too okay?
