The Eight Paths

Yoga Gradually transforms the body, mind and soul and invigorates you with a sense of strength from the balance of ourselves. Supposedly whoever practices yoga consistently and correctly acquires greater health and wisdom. Classical yoga Follows eight guidelines summarizied into eight pathways.

Yama- Correct and Moral Code.

Niyama- Self Discipline

Asana- Posture

Pranayama-breathing

Pratahara-Moving inward toward the self

Dharana- Concentration

Dhyana-Meditation

Samadhi-Oneness.

I've been doing Yoga for 1 year now. And I have to say I'm more balanced, and in better health. My body is longer and leaner. I feel good inside and out. If you are considering practicing Yoga, start at beginning level. And as you progress. You can see the benefits Yoga has to offer. Trust me you will see the difference in your body. I am spiritually relaxed and balanced. Blessed Be!
