That's the next thing on my agenda:) I feel a djinn could help me guide myself out of the dark places I'm in. I may be wrong but they act as guides and help you achieve your wishes correct? I've done some reaserch and I think what I've read is that djinns are what "genes" are based of of correct? But instead of grating you wishes they just help you reach them?

Clearly you have no idea what you're getting involved with. If Solomon with all his wisdom encountered problems dealing with Djinn how can anyone that doesn't even have a basic understanding of them expect to work with them!! Read the Koran and 1001 nights and learn about Djinn before you even think about this.

The djinn are not 'middle eastern spirits of smoke and fire'!!!
The Djinn are a race of people that were created by Allah 2000 years before humanity in "the smokeless fire" they have free will and anyone with an ounce of intelligence doesn't mess about with them. When Allah created Adam from clay he asked the Djinn to prostrate themselves before him. One refused, his name was Ibliss and he became the Islamic equivalent of the Devil.

I'm going to disagree, with the negative consensus.

Having learned the proper rituals, from a warlock, I've worked with "Djinn" for the past five years ...

( I'll wait for the boos and hisses to stop ... )

Though the "greenest" of practitioners could summon and work with a "Sila" ( the weakest kind of Djinn ) ... I won't lie to you, it's difficult and debilitating.

Whether it's worth going through such suffering, in order to grant your "desire", solely depends on the practitioner.
For me, it was. Through my torture, I was able to help those, which society cast aside.

How interesting,'warlock' means traitor it does not have positive connotations. The Djinn that you mentioned is not mentioned either inside the Koran or recognized outside of it by any Islamic traditions that I am aware of. Perhaps you could enlighten us, I am curious as the the origin of this mysterious type of djinn?
Clearly your wisdom excels that of the mighty Solomon's (and he was given a gift by Allah which allowed him to communicate with the djinn in their language...ah no let me guess you spoke to the djinn in Esperanto!!)
