Northern Tradition Shamanism doesn't say anything about the exact location of Loki. There's a variety of answers to this though. Some strictly follow the Eddas and such, believing that Loki is bound somewhere by the Gods and cannot be anywhere else in the different realms. Others are of the opinion that Loki, being a great shapeshifter and magician, is fully capable of walking in any of the realms. And others still believe in the concepts that for the Gods, all time is happening (the past is happening, the present is happening and the future is happening) meaning Loki is bound and unbound. In Northern Tradition Shamanism, a lot of UPG and PCPGsuggests that pathwalkers interact with Loki in a variety of the realms, and that he is not in one specific place.

Currently Loki does not physically live. He was killed during Ragarok. Which in many opinions has already taken place. Though if one believes in an afterlife he would live in a spirit form. Which from what i understand most believe this is his current state. He was a god that died and remained a god in his spiritual form which would allow him to reside in any of the nine worlds and beyond.

I've never met a person who had the opinion that ragnarok had already passed. Loki like any god is able to move between the worlds and because of this isn't tied to any single place.

I agree with Person and Wotan, He is a God that does whatever he wants and desires, he could be in the North Pole if he wanted to.

Ragnarok is to fishy to me. It smells it has been tampered with by a certain group that will be not named. I did a presentation on Loki right when i got to his part and showing how he was not evil a person phone went off then unexpectly dropped to the floor. Quite a mysterious event eh almost like a little trick. Loki is still indeed alive. Ragnarok well lets face it these are Gods of war and fun to die in such a fashion is an insult to all things Norse. Honestly i doubt Loki was ever tied up at all seems a bit overreaction for a few pranks. Plus its loki he can get himself out of sticky situations. No the Norse blood runs strong in these day in age so to me that shows the Norse Gods are still here and will be here for times to come. Ragnarok reeks of edits and even looks like the fabled good vs evil from the bible and I for one never use the bible as a source material its riddled with lies and contradictions.

Ragnarok could happen, have happened, etc. I tend to stick with the viewpoint that time is different for them. Regardless, as an addition to what was previously said on the matter- a lot of Heathens, etc, work with an aspect of Loki sometimes instead of him as a whole. You could work with him from various different points in his life, thus, I would assume you could avoid the whole Ragnarok debate entirely.

If you want more opinions on it, I would ask Heathens (mainly Rokkatru followers or Lokeans) rather than those who practice Northern Tradition Shamanism- because NTS does deal with some of he deities, but that isn't the primary focus of the practice. Heathens or even seidhr-workers would have more UPG/PCPG to give to you. Most of the work I've read on the matter coming from Raven K (since you put this under the context of NTS) suggests that he can really be found anywhere. He doesn't have one specific place known to him where he stays.

Ok thank you. I have read raven k's guide to the nine worlds and loki was not mentioned so i was just wondering where he was. Especially so because he is classified as aiser, venir, and joten. I think that is the correct terms and spelling

I believe the chapter that discusses Loki and his involvement when path walking can be found in Ravens book- the Jotunbok. I will send you a link, as you should be able to find it online to read.
