You can make very easy lolly pops at home and help to fight flue and cold.
200 gm of granule sugar, melt it in the pan till its get golden color.

Add fresh lemon juice( half of of the lemon)
Stir well and then add fresh juice of ginger 2-5 table spoon.

Meanwhile stir well, don't worry if it's get little burned( caramel color) burned sugar is a good treatment for a bad cough!

Get plastic baking form for a small cookies (dont forfet to brush the form with sunflower oil) and feel it with a hot ready potion! You can get in local store wooden or plastic sticks to put it in the middle of each portion and when it's get cold you can try it,it's really yammy :-)

Use your imagination! You can add little strawberry jam without berries along with lemon,

Or you can add honey and orange juice.

Or you can add herbs as sage, lavander, camomile basil...( herb should be as fine powder ) sometimes I use camomile fresh tea along with honey

If anything you can add, please welcom! :-) and please correct if anything wrong with spelling. Kind regards

That does sound like fun. I might have to try that. Thanks for the info. Is there a suggested temperature for the candy or is it not that sensitive? I'm not experienced in candy making.

How long do they keep? I would assume when adding perishables like orange juice they should be refrigerated.

I add orange juice or lemon juice to soften sugar, and for few minutes I am cooking while stirring it...sugar is getting hard in 15 minutes without keeping it in chiller. Lolly pops has to be kept in cold dry place and used in 7 days. Thank you for your kind responds. Dear butterfly, I don't follow the tempreture, sine I am preparing it on the fire, during my fire rituals in my yard :-) but temp should not be high, you can burn sugar very fast...but again,we use burned sugar for a bad cough, so in case if you will burn, don't waste it and use it for cough :-)

Lol ok I'll keep that in mind, thanks. I just know a lot of candy recipes can be touchy, but if it's not then I'll give it a try, lol :)
