hi everyone !
i'm nini.i'm the one who don't know anything about magic,spell...As a long time from the day i've been abused by some invisible people. When i'm falling in sleep, they gather around me to torture and frightened,in the bottom of sleep i can not breath, can not move or shouth, but i feel hurted and exhaustion.
sometime i can feel them control me;they must me to do alot of crazy things such : bleeding myself, hanging me in a high height...and the worst thing of this is the night when i killed myself with 40 sleeping tablets in a dark, cold, lonely beach but i'm not death. No one know,no one believe.
Please tell me what should i do to control them,i just need a peaceful live.

Hello and welcome! I am terribly sorry about what is going on, I would suggest you try banishing spells, but try simple ones at first because you don't want to risk a large backfire. Otherwise, I hope you can enjoy yourself here and I hope that you can soon live in peace.

Hello Nini,

sorry for what you have experienced, i have had a simular experience to this, you need to cleanse your space and tell them to leave. As i have suggested to some one else on this site the best book i have found for protection is "The witches shield" by christopher Penczak. it may help you.
I got this book as i was been psychically drained when i was at the now x boyfriends house,it came to the point where i was just left with no energy, and i had fallen asleep on his sofa and found that i was paralyzed , couldnt do nothing, hence me getting the above book.
hope this helps.

I think you need a spirit banishing spell.. Or you need to call TAPS.. But I prefer a spirit banishing spell

The good news you don't have spirits haunting you...

The bad news... you have a debilitating sleep disorder called narcolepsy . One of the symptoms of narcolepsy is sleep paralysis

You have the exact symptoms, the terrifying dreams, the inability to move, etc.

Look up these links (remove the spaces) at:

Wikipedia http :// en.wikipedia. org / wiki / Sleep_paralysis# Treatment

Mayoclinic http :// www. mayoclinic .com/ health / narcolepsy/ DS00345 / DSECTION=symptoms

Stanford University http :// www. stanford. edu/ ~dement/ paralysis. html

I knew exactly what was wrong the second I heard your symptoms. The people around you should be ashamed of themselves for missing something so obvious coming from a person in terrible pain. Speak to your doctor and he/she should be able to refer you to a good sleep specialist and rid you of this for good.

I wish you all the best!

Also some people experience sleep paralysis without the other symptoms of narcolepsy!

I had some experiences like that when I was younger, I had a pet cat that see & heard the same things at night, thats one of the main reasons I practice magick.
I suggest you do banishing spells & protection spells.. Oh GOD, why people who dont practice or believe in magick , post stuff on this forum?
