How to become better at..

How do I become better at castings spells and magicks?
It says here somewhere that you have to do it when the moons is full. But what do I say or cast a spell on myself. I am very interested to hone my so called powers.
Any advice or comment is very much appreciated

ill stick with the traditional practice makes perfect and just do what you think best suits you or the spell at that moment lol

Sorry I'm really, really new to this and when you say traditional?
Would you mind elaborating and if possible give some examples of what to say or do?

have you opened up all of your chakaras? if not that should be your first step. meditation is very important. becomming one with yourself and not considering them "so called" powers is also important. If you do not have self confidence you will not succeed.
