Why not write your own? You don't need someone else to do it for you. You can write and cast your own, without seeking someone else, who may or may not try to take advantage of the situation.

As Mis said, it is very easy to write and cast your own spells, by doing that you will have a better connection with the spell, you cannot guarantee a person will actually cast anything from you and just takes your personal info from you. Better connection, better results.

I suspect that before anyone will offer to cast a spell for you they would want to know exactly what kind of spell you need.
