Witchcraft in Canada

In Canada, since pretending to practice witchcraft is illegal, how do you prove yourself to be a real witch?

Technically the law means if you use witchcraft to scam people, then it's illegal. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine. As long as you don't charge too much for your public services, the police have no reason to be suspicious :)
