Chakra confusion

I am extremely confused. When all those say chakras spin in a "clockwise" motion, they mean in which perspective?? In the one like you view the chakras clockwise, or like you view your body..??? Or it doesn't matter? Maybe the flow doesn't matter, maybe just the flow of energy is fine in whatever direction. Although this theory rejects the fact that unhealthy chakras flow unti-clockwise.

I need help, what's the truth?

well personally you should be able to feel if your chakras are off regardless of how they spin. everyones different, so the natural flow of energy through ones body can be different as well [i'm left handed for example, so whenever someone talks about doing something with their right hand, i go with my left as it is dominant] though the spinning clockwise would be if someone was looking at you. [but what do i know, i usually visualize my chakras as coloured pearls lol]
