Hi just been stung not sure by what on my forehead! Perfect. Its swollen and nub anything that will ease the itch and swelling?

First off are you sure you were stung not bit by a bug and was it a bee, wasp or hornet? Make sure you've removed the stinger.

Apple cider vinegar works. Onion too, as well as lavender oil or peppermint oil can help. But if it gets worse speak with a doctor to be safe.

Try baking powder and a little bit of water. Make it into a paste, and it should draw out the swelling.

Warming up a teaspoon under hot water, then applying rounded side to the bite helps with the itching. Peppermint or eucalyptus oils can sting a bit for a second, but will help with itching and prevent infection.

The inside of a banana or plantain peel will remove the stinging. Lavender or aloe is good for after care. And marshmallow root has anti-inflammatory properties.
