Astral projection or not?
By:
I do not think I'm crazy ( but my bro does) but when I have a dream ( which is rarely anyway) I can control everything I do. I know I'm in a dream. I can wake up and go right back where I was and continue. I can change a nightmare into a dream. I can fell it when I tough something like a book or grass. A little help here? Is it, or is it not Astral Projection?

It sounds more like lucid dreaming, not astral projection.
Either way, that's awesome, I've yet to achieve either yet >A<

It sounds like Lucid Dreaming (Were you are fully aware in your dream world and can control it)

That is luicid dreaming! You lucky dog, you! I believe that can help you astral project. I've heard that every night when we dream, we project into the astral realm. I'm not sure if that is true or not though.

Don't forget that you can more deep on this topic. Did you ever read any book about astral temple (The Inner Temple of Witchcraft) ? Yes, it is very possible you just had a lucid dream, but not because you can control "your world" it can be not an AP. Many authors talks about different places and methods about AP. If you get interested in this topic, just read more and keep the work.

Lucid dreaming is more about you and connecting with your inner self. Astral projection is more about getting outside of yourself and connecting psychicly elsewhere.
