Strange dream

So last night, just before I fell asleep, I felt the presence of a "higher" being, be it Devine or not, I felt it. When I fell asleep, I had a dream I was wandering through a "broken" temple, old building, etc. As I turned a corner, I went down a hall that had black cloth covering the sides, and torches lining the floor. As I opened the door at the end of this hall, I saw goats with inverted pentagrams on their foreheads, and as I bent upwards after inspecting, at the very end of the hallway, I saw a "throne". I saw a being sitting there with one hand pointed upwards with two fingers outstretched, and another pointed down with a thumb and two fingers extended down. As I approached, I felt a feeling of... Confusion. I asked who this was, and the creature replied "I am thought to not exist". I began to pay more attention to its details, and I noticed its head was that of a goats with an inverted pentagram on the forehead, just like the goats. So, I began to wonder who or what this was. It spoke once more, saying, "Be careful, young one, for soon you will be tested beyond imagine." And it extended its hand and touched where my third eye was, and the dream ended.

I woke up, and began to research. Usually I would just brush this off, but I felt the need to research it. I discovered this being had unmistakable resemblance to "Baphomet", a deity made by Christians in the 11-12th century to validate paganism is 'demonic'. However, this dream deeply rattled me, and I find it to be one of the many experiences I can't quite explain.

Does anyone have any answers? Perhaps about Baphomet or his validity of a deity?

From what I could interpret it seems this deity requests an audience with you or this deity is watching over you in a sense.

I'm not very good with dream interpretation, but as I tell everyone, you should ask SageOwl, as she's very accurate.
