what to expect

I was wondering what Astral Projection is like. I feel like I have an image in my mind of what it's like but I'm not sure it's correct. I feel like I have projected before but I don't know if it was real or if I was dreaming. If someone who has had experience with this and wants to share that would be great :)

I projected once before and ask trying to work on doing it again.

The time that i did was while i was asleep. I want trying to at all, and at first i didn't know what was going on. In the beginning of my projection it was just kind of happening. I was aware that i was moving, but i didn't think anything if it. It just felt kind of floaty, or... Lighter? Then i became completely conscious if what was going on and that not all if me was in my body. Once i realized that i freaked out a little and was pulled back into my body. But it was an overall interesting and kind if exciting experience.

People can achieve astral projection through meditation, but i can't get that to work for me, so far.

what did you see. I feel like I'm expecting the wrong things. I don't know if you see the world like you do now or if you see it completely different.

Well it happened pretty fast. I saw myself. And i think that's what made me come back

Sorry, it was really short. Some people have really elaborate experiences, but that was my first one so it was pretty quick and simple
