Third Eye Question.

How do you develop or open your third eye? And if one does open it will they sense or see spirits?

you can open it through meditation (the best way) and yes you can see spirits, its part of psychic abilities.

You can also open your third eye and the rest of your chakras through activites like Yoga and Ti Chi. These are refered too as movement meditations and are really designed for this purpose although they are not necessary. Good meditation will help.

The third eye for me is a combination of all your senses. Find a point of clarity and calmness and it should come in time.
Psychic abilities can often be blocked by our emotions.
