Hello strivex1995,
May I inform you what Ki is?

Ki is literally means "life force" or "life essence", Christians referred to it as
"Gods holy spirit" when we say Ki we just mean energy, if you want to learn of Ki may I suggest a Reiki master, these are people who use Ki to heal others. I am one but I do not wish to teach, I will give help I'm in kundalini reiki not Usui,

One site that I found beneficial was

http://www.hapkiyoosool.com/ki.htm

With love and light,
Frater Z.D.

You can look into Yoga ,Tai Chi ,Qi Gong (Chi Gung ) ,internal martial arts ,energy manipulation ,chi balls exercises .
I doubt here somebody can teach you all forms and techniques ,because you need to know to use breathing technique and moving meditation .
Require some knowledge on energy meridians (marmas ) and how energy flows in them .
Then research how the chi of all alive interact and what foods ,places have more chi (ki ,ka ,prana ,mana ,qi ).

Try to find free tutorials in youtube or another sites or DVD on those subjects .You can download books and tutorials for free .
I will mail you few .

Try an Aikido, Tai Chi or Chi Kung class. Some more esoteric arts like Budotaijutsu or Hoshinroshiryu are also good. The current head of the Hoshin system has a video training series out. The system is based on the Godai (5 element system) and would probably be useful in elemental work as well. Reiki is also a good place to learn to work with ki. Ken Cohen also has a "Essential Qigong Training Course" which is pretty good. The Shibashi is another good qigong, and you can get most of the information on it free online (www.taich18.com).

Hope this helps.
