am i a phy vamp.

I've noticed through out the years that when something happens to someone where high level of emotion or energy I start feeling a hot tingly feeling all throughout my body, my vision changes a little and I feel like an intense high feeling. The other people seem to calm down or become kinda drained it seem. I'm already aware of the fact that I'm empathic and extremely sensitive to ghosts and other things of that nature... I hate being alone it seems to bring the darkness out in me, bright lights and extremly loud noises give me severe migraine I have horrible insomnia but that's okay because I think the night understands me. I've done some research but nothing could give me anything concrete. Please help me understand more

I forgot to mention I seem to be empty inside. Very emotionless I guess you could say. I only really feel when other people are around me. But recently this woman came back into my life when I'm around her I feel intense floods of emotions and I think she's reading my mind at times mostly to find nothing but when I think about something stupid she says it before I can get the words out. I think she might be the same as me but more in control she makes these games of it

This all seems relatively normal to me. People don't feel much without a reason to feel an emotion, typically. Some people just find more reasons than others. Also, in general, people tend to be in a more emotional state when they are among others.

People get depressed and more "dark" when they are alone at length. Avoiding light will leave you with a hightened sensitivity to light, and it's possible you may just have a a sensitivity to it in the first place - especially if you have light colored eyes. You likely have insomnia because you sit there with your own thoughts too often,and it leaves you wide awake.

You and this woman likely have a connection - much in common. Such people often can relate, and finish each other's thoughts. This is not uncommon.

Not of these traits necessarily have anything to do with psi vampires. Psi vampires drain energy from others and believe they must do so to sustain themselves, though in my opinion the necessity of it is definitely not there. It is usually the result of some sort of emotional imbalance that they have not been able to correct, or are unwilling to correct as they become more attached to the idea of being a psychic vampire. There are no other traits or qualifications to being one.

Psy vamps are sensitive, but not all sensitives are vamps. Empathy is the thing you should look into.
