spell casting/casters

I hope someone can help me sort things out!
I am new to casting spells and am trying to read as much as possible.
I just read an article that stated,if you have someone else cas a spell for you and they don't ask for hair samples ect. and send you a talisman, that the spell won't work and they are just scaming you.
Do not want to offend anyone,just asking for answers.

That's not necessarily true. Some spells don't require those things. It's usually a scam when casters ask you for money.

after reading the article I went to both of the recomended sites and one site the prices started at $200.00 and the other was $700.00!

Yeah that I highly doubt is a legit site. People should just do spells for themselves. But I think that if one does do spells for others, they shouldn't charge for it.

Most everything else I read says to do your own spells,guess I will keep trying.
Thought maybe if someone else with more experience cast the spell it would work better.

Never pay for someone to cast a spell for you.

Maybe if there are materials involved like incense or candles you could offer to pay for them, as that would be fair. But to pay for the spell itself, don't do it.
