opposite of nature?

When most people do a spell, they call to a central power or to nature, right? So when someone does a spell they know that they shouldn't cast (ex. Malicious, taking away of someone's will), what/who do they call on? Wouldn't nature or whatever or whomever they call upon just deny them that energy?
Sorry this is just another one of my thoughts....

Nature isn't all love and cuddles, it has a destructive, malicious side too.

Many members write about spells without seeming to know what a spell actually is.
A spell is a ritual wish; very much like a prayer. The difference being that a prayer is a plea to a higher authority, a Saint or God. A spell is a do-it-yourself operation.
Most people have cast spells without knowing it! If you have ever blown out the candles on a cake and then made a silent wish, you have cast a spell. Ever pulled a wishbone? That is another spell.
A devout Catholic may go into church, buy a small candle, light the candle from the other candles on the rack, and then say a silent prayer, perhaps to their favourite Saint.
They have just cast a spell; but are unaware of it!

All magic is a part of nature, otherwise it wouldn't exist. Nature is both creative and destructive, and each begets the other eventually. Spells are how we knowingly manipulate nature through our will.

Oh, I definitely agree with everyone of you guys! Let me rephrase my badly-worded question: There is a balance to nature. What I want to know is why the balance can be tipped in favor of one side? Like, you can't just kill without there also being a rebirth or birth. So why would the energy even let you manipulate it in a way that could throw off the balance?

nature cares not about what you do, if you change something she will balance it. she will kill you as easily as smile at you
