In magic do they have a name for people who draw people who are dieing to them?

I think the word you're looking for might be "psychopomp." It comes from the Greek word "psuchopompos," which literally means "guide of souls." The psychopomps help the dying and the spirits of the recently deceased, helping to provide safe passage to their destinations. Psychopomps don't judge the dead or any of that, just help them move along.
