Dream Control Spell
By:
I need help controlling my dreams, Im not having unusual dreams, its just that they're not real good. My dreams are more like endings with no beginnings, or they freeze for a while making me feel like im not real, as if I dont really wake up.
Its all hard to explain, but if someone can help, please do!!

Use multiple dream-catchers. I know it sounds silly but I have been known for constant VIVID nightmares and they help me. I use about ten to completely shut down dreaming. I don't have good dreams so this helps, a lot.

Blessed be.

Dream catchers do help a lot. I would suggest making your own if you can. Incorporating willow, pine or even bittersweet nightshade vines can give it a protective boost. If you have access to smokey quartz or Amethyst those are both really good for dream and sleep issues. However you make it, make sure to push as much positive energy into it as you can. I have notice making it while angry will only worsen your dreams XD

If you don't want to use dream catchers you could learn to lucid dream. This is where you know you are dreaming and so are able to control what you dream. To learn this write down exactly what you dreamt when you wake up. And during the day repeatedly ask yourself "Am I dreaming?". This way you will ask yourself if you are dreaming while you are, and switch on your primary consciousness. Blessed be.

Actually, to lucid dream, im gonna need to start dreaming, cause sometimes I'll be sleeping but nnot dreaming. I'll be laying in bed with my eyes closed for 10 hours doing nothing, but the dream catchers sound like a good idea. And im not trying to stop dreaming, I wanna start, Im a kind of person that sometimes doesnt dream at all.
