Greetings! Just a quick question for ya's.(:
I need a little help with the process of quitting smoking. I don't necessarily need a spell, nor do I really want one, but maybe a remedy, or tea mixture that might help with the withdrawls and urges. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated(:

Well, there's nicotine gum which I've heard works well. I've also heard that the smoker devices that is actually water, not smoke works good too. I can't smoke, so I don't know though.

I've read that nicotine patches and gums are less effective that electronic cigarettes. So, Governments have put millions of dollars a year into helping individuals quit smoking. Drinking lots of cold water and also green tea can help by flushing the nicotine out of your system quicker. The withdrawl symptoms can be curbed by getting up and moving around a lot when they hit. Taking a bath in epsom salts at night can help to relieve the tension, flush the tar and nicotine out of your pores. For an actual herbal remedy, I would try valerian root. It is known for its abilities to help decrease the need/desire for nicotine and other substances. It is relatively safe. I would suggest taking it when you know you can get some sleep, because it relaxes you and can make some people drowsy. Hope this helps :)

My mom had a problem when I was little and she used the patches to help here. Another method is every week u smoke one less sigerate then the last intell your at one or two. then i would use patches or try the gum intell u get used to such a little amount of nicateen u dont need it any more.
