As we know there are five elements, Fire, Wind, Lightning, Earth, and Water. Some people think that Spirit is an element, but i am sorry to say it is NOT, spirit is the heart of all the elements. We all have one, some have two, and finding them is fun. But I want to make sure everyone knows about these elements and their combinations.
Combinations are when two elements are formed to one. There are twenty combinations of elements. The reason for so many is becuase they can be used as primary and secondary elements.
They follow as from the prime and then second;
- Fire + Wind = Poison
- Fire + Lightning = Plasma
- Fire + Earth = Magma
- Fire + Water = Steam
------------------------
- Wind + Lightning = Light
- Wind + Earth = Phasing
- Wind + Water = Shadow
- Wind + Fire = Unknown
------------------------
- Lightning + Earth = Gravity
- Lightning + Water = Storm
- Lightning + Fire = Radiation
- Lightning + Wind = Shock
------------------------
- Earth + Water = Plantlife
- Earth + Fire = Glass
- Earth + Wind = Sand
- Earth + Lightning = Explosion
-------------------------
- Water + Fire = Mist
- Water + Wind = Ice
- Water + Lightning = Acid
- Water + Earth = Diamond

Now that we know all the elements, it is easier to find the elements and their combinations. There are few that were not said on the chart so I'll say them now.

- Combustion is from concentrated, Fire
- Sound is from strong waves of, Wind
- Magnetism is from huge bolts of, lightning
- Metal is from old, concentrated rocks and, Earth
- Liquids are all made from, Water

What is the element for inertia? What about evaporation? What about fusion? Osmosis?

These are not elements. I suggest you examine classical literature describing the four elements of earth, air, fire, and water (of which lighting is part of).

I can understand how lightning can be considered an element, but it is created by a combination of air and fire.. and on that note, clouds are derived from air and water, so water may play a part there also, :D

Think of the major elements as like primary colours. The primary colours make other colours: the minor elements.

I wouldn't say your information is 100% accurate..

In my studies, and in my opinion, the elements are:
Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit.
Some traditions (in respect to circle casting) also include above and below when drawing a circle. Although I do see the reasoning for doing so when casting a circle,to add the last two, I don't agree that above and below are elements.

Okay, alot of you are getting confused, and thinking that spirit is an element. I'm sorry but it isnt, i said the 5 elements. if any of you think otherwise, then its your opinion. But im sticking to the facts, and posted it, if anyone wishes to disagree, then message me.
Messaging me is better than posting, cause that way you wont confuse anyone that spirit is an element.
